Shipping

The shipping cost, carrier, and shipping speed are dependent upon the item purchased. Shoes purchased under eBay's Authenticity Program will be shipped to a location in Las Vegas or New York first where they will be inspected before being shipped on to you. All other items will be shipped directly to you. We ship all items in boxes or bubbled padded shipping envelopes for protection. Shoes with the original box will almost always be double boxed. 

We advise you stay aware of when your package will arrive and do all you can to arrange for a safe delivery.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS 

There are a few international shipping options. Please reach out if you have specific delivery needs, and we will find the best option for you. 

If you order from a country outside of the US, customs, duty fees and taxes likely apply and will need to be paid at the time of purchase or before you receive your purchase in your country. It generally takes 2-3 weeks to receive your shoes depending on location. 

Due to past experiences with packages getting lost/stolen, we do not ship directly to any country in Central or South America. This may apply to other locations around the world as well. 

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days from the delivery date. Please make sure that the item is in the same condition you received it. We advise trying shoes on indoors before wearing them outside. Once a pair of shoes is used (showing dirt and wear), you will not receive a full refund as we will need to then sell them as used at a discount.
